Availability

Certain parts of our Services are currently only available to individuals located in certain states (“States Where We Operate”). For the current list of States Where We Operate, please email support@mypetcerts.com.


Processing Time

We strive to process and ship all orders within 1 business day of receiving them. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day.


Shipping Method

We exclusively use USPS Priority Mail for all shipments. USPS Priority Mail offers fast and efficient delivery, with an average shipping time of 1-3 business days depending on the destination. Please note that delivery times may vary based on the recipient's location and any unforeseen delays within the postal system. Tracking and Insurance

For your peace of mind, all shipments include tracking and insurance at no additional cost. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor the status of your package in real-time.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are built into our mailable products, meaning you do not pay for the Shipping + Handling as the shipping costs are built into the price for our add-on products such as an ESA ID Card, or request Hard Copies of your downloadable ESA/PSD letter(s), whereas other companies may charge whereby rates are commonly calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the destination address.


International Shipping

At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States. We do not ship internationally.


Order Status

You can check the status of your order at any time by logging in to your MyPetCerts account. Once your order has been shipped, the tracking information will be updated to reflect the current location and estimated delivery date. Alternatively, please email support@mypetcerts.com for shipping and/or order status updates.
